Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This Policy explains when products purchased from Mahantam RX Inc. d/b/a Nate's Pharmacy may be returned, exchanged, refunded, or refused.

1. Protective Return Standard

  • Because we sell pharmacy, health, wellness, personal care, OTC medicine, medical device, and prescription-related products, many items cannot be returned once sold, opened, dispensed, delivered, shipped, or removed from our custody. This protects patient safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance.

2. Eligible Non-Prescription Returns

  • Eligible non-prescription retail items may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, inspect, verify, or deny any return, exchange, refund, or store credit where permitted by law.

3. Final Sale and Restricted Items

  • Prescription medications and prescription-related products after dispensing, except as required by law or professional standards.
  • Opened, used, altered, damaged, expired, or tampered OTC medications.
  • Opened vitamins, supplements, ingestible products, liquids, drops, sprays, or topical products.
  • Personal care, hygiene, sexual wellness, feminine care, oral care, skin care, hair care, and intimate health products once opened or used.
  • Medical devices, durable medical equipment, diagnostic products, test kits, masks, braces, supports, wound care supplies, or other medical supplies once opened or used.
  • Temperature-sensitive, cold-chain, perishable, hazardous, regulated, or special-handling items.
  • Special orders, custom orders, final-sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase or outside the approved return window.

4. Prescription Issues

  • Prescription medications generally cannot be returned to stock or reused after dispensing. If you believe there is an error with a prescription, label, quantity, medication, patient name, prescriber, directions, insurance claim, or delivery, contact the pharmacy immediately at (718) 797-0200.
  • We will review the issue according to applicable pharmacy law, professional standards, and patient safety requirements.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Recommended publish-ready standard: contact us within 48 hours after pickup, delivery, or carrier-delivery confirmation if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Confirm this window operationally before launch.
  • We may request the order number, receipt, photos, packaging, and a description of the issue. After review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit at our discretion and subject to law.

6. Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method when available. Refund timing depends on banks, card networks, payment processors, and payment methods.
  • Shipping, delivery, handling, service, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our confirmed error or required by law.

7. Abuse, Fraud, and Safety

  • We may refuse or limit returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, or future orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, tampering, excessive returns, product misuse, identity issues, chargeback abuse, safety risk, regulatory restriction, or violation of these policies.

8. How to Request a Return

  • Before mailing, delivering, or dropping off any item for return, contact us at (718) 797-0200. Add the official customer-service email only after it is confirmed. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

9. Required Posting

  • Developer note: show or hyperlink this policy near products/cart and before checkout billing information is requested. Provide a written copy when requested.
