Delsym Adult Cough Plus Chest Congestion DM Liquid Cherry Flavor is a long-lasting, dual-action formula designed to relieve cough and chest congestion associated with colds and bronchial irritation. It combines a cough suppressant (dextromethorphan HBr) to help control the urge to cough with an expectorant that helps loosen and thin mucus in the airways.
