Mucinex DM 12HR Expectorant & Cough Suppressant Tablets provide dual-action, long-lasting relief from cough and chest congestion caused by colds, flu, or bronchial irritation. Each tablet contains guaifenesin, an expectorant that helps thin and loosen mucus in the airways, and dextromethorphan HBr, a cough suppressant that helps reduce the urge to cough.
