Description

Vicks DayQuil Cold & Flu Liquid is a non-drowsy daytime medication designed to relieve multiple cold and flu symptoms so you can stay active during the day. It works by combining acetaminophen (pain reliever/fever reducer), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant), and phenylephrine (nasal decongestant) to temporarily relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore throat, minor body aches, cough, nasal congestion, and sinus pressure

Dosage

Adults & children 12+ years:
30 mL every 4 hours as needed
Maximum:
Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
Use only provided dosing cup

Side Effects

Mild jitteriness or restlessness
Nausea
Dizziness
Serious (rare):
Liver damage (from acetaminophen overdose)
Increased blood pressure (decongestant effect)
