Description

Vicks NyQuil is a nighttime cold and flu medicine designed to relieve symptoms that interfere with sleep. It combines acetaminophen (pain/fever reducer), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant), and an antihistamine (doxylamine or similar depending on version) to help reduce coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever, and body aches while also causing drowsiness so you can rest.

Dosage

Take 30 mL every 6 hours as needed
Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours

Serious (rare but important):
